She sets high standards, inspires confidence in those around her, and is someone I would trust with any important transition."

  • "After succeeding Kristine as Executive Director of the Hawaii Council on Economic Education and later having the opportunity to work alongside her in another business, I gained a deep appreciation for her unwavering commitment and resourcefulness. Kristine has a remarkable ability to think creatively, solve complex problems, and find practical solutions that truly serve the people she works with. She approaches every challenge with determination, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone seeking a trusted partner during an important life transition."

    —Antonia Takeno

  • "I had the pleasure of working with Kristine for eight years while she was the Executive Director of a nonprofit and I was the Chairman of the Board, and I came to know her as a leader with professionalism and integrity. She is highly organized, dependable, and genuinely cares about the people she serves. I've every confidence that she will guide families through these important transitions with compassion, respect, and exceptional care."

  • "Kristine, is, without qualification, an absolutely amazing person. As a Board Member of the nonprofit Western States Cancer Research NCORP, I've worked with her for years and can definitively say that she is one of the most dedicated, effective, and compassionate people I know. I would highly recommend Mosaic Senior Transitions (and any future company) knowing that she is at the helm."

    — Trent Adams

  • "I've known Kristine personally for the past three years and have always been impressed by how deeply she cares about others. She is an exceptional communicator, a natural problem solver, and someone you can always count on to follow through. Whether helping a friend or tackling a business challenge, Kristine approaches every situation with kindness, thoughtfulness, and determination. I have seen her provide the same level of care and commitment to the families she serves."

    —Marc Perkins

  • "As Kristine‘s youngest sister, I’ve had the unique privilege of being the recipient of her care as well as the opportunity to watch her navigate life through many different and difficult stages. Throughout my youth, I’ve experienced her innate thoughtfulness and consideration for those around her. She impressed upon me her desire to create a better community (locally and globally) and the importance of striving for good even when the results aren’t immediate or noticeable. She’s thoughtful, detail oriented, and always thinking several steps ahead. As an adult, I’ve observed her anticipate challenges before they arise and work dutifully and quietly behind the scenes to ensure success. She genuinely cares about helping people and has the empathy and compassion needed to care for families she serves through Mosaic Senior Transitions."
