Mosaic Senior Transitions was created to bring clarity, calm, and steady support to life’s most complex transitions.
Moving later in life is rarely just about logistics. It’s about a lifetime of memories, meaningful belongings, and difficult decisions. It can feel overwhelming—for both older adults and the people who love them.
We believe no one should have to navigate that alone.
Our role is to guide each step with care, discretion, and genuine compassion—creating space for thoughtful decisions and a smoother path forward.
We take a hands-on, thoughtful approach to every project, managing everything from planning and organizing to packing, coordination, and settling in. Every detail is handled with intention, so our clients in Denver and the Front Range can feel supported, respected, and confident in what comes next.

Kristine Castagnaro, Owner
Kristine Castagnaro brings more than two decades of leadership experience guiding individuals and organizations through complex, high-stakes transitions—with clarity, compassion, and precision.
Most recently, Kristine served as Chief Operating Officer of Western States Cancer Research NCORP, d.b.a. Altitude Clinical Research, where she partnered with executive leadership to drive strategy, oversee operations, and ensure the integrity of federally funded clinical research programs. Her work required meticulous attention to detail, financial stewardship, and a deep commitment to people navigating difficult life circumstances.
Before relocating to Colorado from Hawaii, Kristine held executive leadership roles in mission-driven organizations, including serving as Chief Operating Officer of Hawaii International Child, where she supported families through the deeply personal and often complex international adoption process. Her career has focused on helping people navigate major life transitions with structure, care, and confidence.
Kristine is known for creating order out of complexity—designing systems, managing logistics, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. Just as importantly, she leads with empathy, recognizing that behind every move or transition is a lifetime of memories, relationships, and change.
She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Rochester and has completed MBA-level coursework in Information Systems at Hawaii Pacific University.
Through her work, Kristine combines operational expertise with a deeply human approach—helping clients feel supported, organized, and at ease every step of the way.
